Tired of Corruption? | Your support of Chris is essential to restore confidence in our judicial system which has become a national soap opera with scandal after scandal. Sadly, the Review-Journal reported that our State Courts have been rated "one of the most unfair" in the nation.1 The Los Angeles Times used Judge Mosley, Chris' opponent, as a "case study" for what is wrong with our judicial system.2 Since his last election, Mosley has been disciplined by the Nevada Supreme Court for his unethical conduct as a judge.3 Recently, the Nevada Supreme Court stated it was "troubled" by Mosley’s conduct and took the extraordinary step of reassigning one of Mosley’s cases to a different judge because Judge Mosely admitted he had not read, let alone followed, the Supreme Court's prior order in the case.4 | You have the power to restore integrity and character to Department 14.
